Dr. Walburga Glatz

I am a Registered (by ISMETA) Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator, a Certified Practitioner and Teacher of Body-Mind Centering^®, a Somatic Movement Educa­tor (SME) and an Infant Developmental Movement Educator (IDME). I also have further trainings in Cranio-Sacral-Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage, in different techniques of New Dance, Action Theatre, Butoh, T’ai Chi, Tango Argentino and Hawaiian Hula.

My first career before becoming fully dedicated to BMC^® studies and applications, was in law and I am holding a PhD in Law.

I live in Berlin (Germany) and teach internationally, mainly in BMC^® Certification Programs around the world and am the director of three licensed BMC^® and IDME Programs: two in Europe (Slovakia and Spain) an one in South America (Argentina). In my work both with adults and children, the concrete freedom of non-judgemental exploration and the philosophy and poetry of the body have become my main focus.
